This Wednesday, the late-night comedian Seth Meyers decided to follow the ‘successful’ leftist scheme of bashing President Donald Trump in an attempt to get media coverage and boost his ratings, but he didn’t take a swing for the POTUS himself, instead, he went after his supporters, which make up half of the country.
His ranted started off with praising rapper Eminem who recently released a freestyle video with lyrics filled with harsh hatred toward the president. Meyers called the video, “powerful stuff,” adding, “[Eminem] ended the video by calling on any of his fans who still support Donald Trump to decide between Trump and himself.”
He said he was inspired by the video, and urged fans who support Donald Trump, saying, “It’s time to make a decision guys. Get off the fence. Do you support him or do you support this show that constantly mocks and denigrates everything about him?” He then concluded, “My name is Seth and I’m here to say, that if you like Trump then go away.”
And then, aiming at Trump supporters, he went on to give the middle finger at the camera.
Meyers however forgot that since Trump took office and late-night hosts like him started unloading insults at the president, their ratings have dropped dramatically, which is a clear sign that the majority of viewers stand with the president and disapprove of their scheme. Even the president himself acknowledged this on Twitter just days ago, writing:
Late Night host are dealing with the Democrats for their very "unfunny" & repetitive material, always anti-Trump! Should we get Equal Time?

If anything, this is a clear sign that the late-night “comedians” such as Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel, and others, should take notes from what happened to the NFL and their landsliding ratings, and stick to comedy and making people actually laugh, instead of alienating half of the nation.
