Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News senior judicial analyst, appeared on Fox Business earlier today to discuss allegations Senator Rand Paul and another senator were under surveillance by the former President.
Ex-president Barack Obama made a very big mistake when he decided to spy on top Republicans including President Trump and his team, for the presidential election. Obama thought he would destroy Trump if he spies on him. Well, it ended that their lover Hillary Clinton was not enough qualified to serve as President.
Now as the scheme is busted, it is proven that the whole surveillance was illegal, and Obama could face some serious time behind bars.
However, on today’s appearance, Judge Napolitano said that Obama administration also dared to spy on US Supreme Court. Napolitano said that he had a conversation with Justice Scalia, and according to him, there are some hints pointing to the possible spy scheme in the Supreme Court.
Here’s what Judge Napolitano said today:
“Justice Scalia told me that he often thought the court was being surveilled. And he told me that probably four or five years ago…If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.”
Judge Napolitano also said that Barack Obama should testify, and tell the truth. I guess that’s something we all want to see, especially at the time when the mainstream media is all over Trump in order to discredit him.
What’s your thoughts on this? Do you think that Obama is guilty and should be charged?
